The first Vision2020 event of 2014 was hosted by Vision2020 member The University of Leuven (KU Leuven) on Monday 17 February from 13:00 to 18:00, entitled "Horizon 2020: what’s in it for small- and medium-sized businesses (SMEs)?". It was a great success, with over 200 participants including more than 160 representatives of SMEs.

The event concluded with a networking reception with KU Leuven Business Developers from various disciplines (Health, Food, Energy, Transport, Materials, ICT, Manufacturing, Nanotechnologies, Biotechnology, Production/processing), Vision2020 members and collaborators from across Europe.
