"Ulster University, the University of Klagenfurt and Vilnius Gediminas Technical University are all Crowdhelix RTO members. They successfully submitted a proposal for the SwafS-05-2017 call, New constellations of Changing Institutions and Actors, in August of 2017. The consortium is led by the VTT Technical Centre of Finland."
